Foundhers pairs mentees with mentors based on industry, business stage, and current goals. Whether you're just starting or scaling, we’ve structured support that fits:
- Seed Tier – Peer-to-peer mentoring and accountability circles
- Sprout Tier – Quarterly group mentorship sessions
- Bloom Tier – 1-on-1 expert guidance
- Flourish Tier – Deep mentorship and the chance to give back as a mentor
Mentors are either selected through our set criteria or join us through a passionate call to contribute. Regardless of how they come in, every mentor is a willing guide committed to seeing others thrive.
